Welcome to Savoy Window Coverings, we are proud to provide custom window coverings, including motorized solar shading, Roman shades, drapery, and related products and services. By purchasing our products or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Custom Orders:

All of our window coverings are custom-made to your specifications. Please review all measurements, fabric selections, and design details carefully before placing your order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

 

2. Measurements & Installation:

  • Accurate measurements are essential for a perfect fit. We recommend using our professional measuring service; if you choose to provide your own measurements, you assume responsibility for accuracy.

  • We offer professional installation services. If you arrange your own installation, we are not liable for any damage, improper fit, or performance issues resulting from third-party installation.

3. Production & Delivery Timeframes:

Typical production time is 2-4 weeks from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment. Delivery dates are estimated and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., fabric availability, shipping delays, holiday seasons).

4. Payment Terms:

A payment of 100% is required to begin production. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Wire transfers, checks and Zelle. A 4% credit card fee will be added to all orders that pay with a credit card.  Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Product Variations:

Due to the nature of fabrics and hand-crafted processes:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, and weave are normal and not considered defects.

  • Sunlight and environmental exposure may cause gradual fading or changes over time. We recommend using linings and UV protection where applicable.

6. Warranty & Defects:

We guarantee our workmanship for 4 years from the date of installation. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Installation-related issues (if installed by our team)

​

It does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or environmental damage

Please inspect your products upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 7 days.

7. Care & Maintenance:

We provide general care instructions for all products. Improper cleaning or maintenance may void warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savoy Window Coverings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

9. Intellectual Property:

All content, designs, and materials on our website and in our marketing materials are the property of Savoy Window Coverings and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of California/Orange County. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Aliso Viejo, CA.

11. Updates to Terms:

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
